Who we are
Eric M. Strickland BSc Hons PGDip Arch RIBA ARIAS
Our Perthshire based property development company is headed up by Eric M. Strickland BSc Hons PGDip Arch RIBA ARIAS who is also the principal architect at the award-winning Perthshire firm McKenzie Strickland Associates. He studied Architecture in Aberdeen, specialising in environmental design. He then used this knowledge to design energy efficient buildings all over the UK and abroad.
Additionally, during these years he was a winner of the national RIBA and British Gas Energy Design Award. After honing his skills throughout Scotland, Eric spent some time in the USA to further learn and develop his skillset.
With ability of drawing on a team of award winning architects coupled with an in depth knowledge of planning policies and building regulations we have the ability to ensure your project has the correct levels of expertise it deserves.
